• 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
• 9 Tbs. butter
• 2 Tbs. olive oil
• 2 1/4 teas. salt
• 1 1/4 teas. pepper
• 1 lb. sliced mushrooms
• 1 large chopped onion
• 5 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 Tbs. chopped thyme
• 1/3 cup flour
• 4 cups milk, room temp.
• 1 cup heavy whipping cream
• 1 cup chicken broth
• 1/8 teas. nutmeg
• 12 oz. linguini
• 3/4 cup frozen peas
• 1/4 cup chopped parsley
• 1 cup parmesan cheese
• 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
Spread 1 Tbs. butter over a 13x9x2″ pan.
