• 3 cups flour
• 1 teas. baking soda
• 1 teas. salt
• 2 cups sugar
• 1 teas. cinnamon
• 3 large eggs, beaten
• 3/4 cup oil
• 1 cup chopped pecans
• 2 large bananas, mashed
• 1 can crushed pineapple
• 1 ½ teas. vanilla
Bake at 350o for 28 minutes in 2 9″ round pans.
Frosting
• 1 (8oz.) pkg. cream cheese
• ½ cup butter
• 1 teas. powdered sugar
• 1 teas. vanilla
