Worcestershire sauce<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 1 teas. Salt<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 3 cups chicken broth<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 2 teas. Old Bay seasoning<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 1 lb. Medium raw shrimp<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 fresh parsley to garnish<br \/>\nIn Dutch oven or saucepan melt butter, add chopped onion and saute until onion is transparent and tender.\u00a0 Add uncooked rice and stir to coat rice with butter.\u00a0 Continue to cook and stir 1 minute on medium heat.\u00a0 Add stewed tomatoes to rice.\u00a0 Add Worcestershire sauce, salt, broth and seasoning to pan.\u00a0 Bring to a boil, stir once, reduce heat to simmer, cover tightly and cook 20 minutes.\u00a0 While rice is cooking, peel and devein shrimp.\u00a0 Quickly remove lid from rice pan, add shrimp, replace lid.\u00a0 Turn stove heat off and allow shrimp to steam for 10 minutes.\u00a0 Toss together, garnish with parsley.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 1 small onion, chopped \u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 2 Tbsp.
